If you receive an error that your mail was not sent and to contact us, you may have set off our spam detector. Please contact us and your account will be reset within 24 hours or less.
Cannot Send Mail:
Only premium members can send mail. If you purchased a membership and you are not showing as premium, your charge may not have gone through.
If you received a suspicious email please check the profile to see if the scammer was already blocked. If not, contact us so we can block and remove the account.
Received Mail Notification but no mail:
If you received a mail notification but there was no mail in your inbox this could be from an automated email bouncing and being resent again, or if we deleted an internet scammer from the website, in which case their mail would be deleted too.
