Hoss was such a good guy. He had a heart the size of Texas and if he was your friend, he was your FRIEND in every sense of the word. You couldn't ask for more. What a great guy that the world lost. I worked with him several times at Brighter Days and he was so sweet and so gentle with those horses who were injured physically and emotionally. They instinctively knew he wouldn't hurt them. He gave me a heart and hoof pick too. I will cherish them always. Happy trails Bill. Until we meet again...

Bill was such a good friend to so many! I'm sorry we didn't hear about this sooner so I could have attended his funeral. No matter what else Hoss did in life, he loved doing for others! Rest in peace my friend! Ride beyond that great divide! Love you and miss you!

I just saw this it is so sad. I will miss chatting with him.. he had a heart of gold in his own way and will be missed.
